PANAJI: Former Congress MP and in-charge of All India Congress Committee (AICC) media cell Divya Spandana on Friday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government at the Centre of involving in several scams during the three-year-old Narendra Modi-led BJP government.
“The three years of Narendra Modi-led BJP government at the Centre has been a story of broken promises and shattered dreams,” said Spandana while addressing a press conference in Panaji. She alleged that the BJP governments are involved in Vyapam Scam, Chhattisgarh PDS scam, Gujarat land scam, Arunachal dam scam, mining scam of Rajasthan, government-e-market portal procurement scam etc.
Spandana criticised Modi government for poor economic policies and growing violence against minority communities in the country. She termed the demonetisation exercise of the government as an economic blunder.
Spandana said that the Congress party will put all efforts to reach out to the people and expose all the scams and highlight the “failures” of the BJP government.
